3. Service description
Orbyix Academy 2.0 offers downloadable digital courses in PDF format on digital marketing, social media, online advertising and business growth. Courses are non-physical digital products delivered electronically after payment confirmation.
4. Purchase and payment
Prices are in EUR (€) including applicable taxes (IGIC in Canary Islands / VAT in mainland Spain). Payment is processed at purchase time through enabled payment methods.
5. Digital product delivery
After payment confirmation, the customer receives:
- An email with the course PDF download link
- Permanent access from the customer area
- Corresponding electronic invoice
6. Refund policy
Customer has the right to request full refund within 14 calendar days of purchase, no justification needed. See Refund Policy.
7. Intellectual property
All content on the Site (texts, images, videos, course PDFs, graphics, logos) is the exclusive intellectual property of Antonio Timpone (Orbyix Academy 2.0). Redistribution, copying, resale, modification or any unauthorized use is expressly prohibited.
8. Liability limitation
Courses are informational and educational. Results may vary based on effort, context and application. Antonio Timpone (Orbyix Academy 2.0) does not guarantee specific results.

10. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes will be resolved by the competent Courts of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria.
