How to request a refund

- Indicate the course name and purchase date
- We process your request within 48 hours
- Refund processed to original payment method in 5-10 business days

- Period: 14 calendar days from purchase confirmation
- Applicable to all courses except Premium Mentoring Pack
- No need to justify the reason
- Full refund, no retentions
Exceptions
Premium Mentoring Pack 1-on-1: once first session is scheduled, not refundable. With 48h+ notice we can reschedule.
